The topic of detox often times gets a bad rap as restrictive and difficult, but in The Damn Detox, Amanda discusses a more intuitive approach to health and how detox practices can be applied easily to daily life for longevity and happiness. When we take the time to connect with our body and our heart, we can find the foods, self-care, movement, and healing techniques that best support our lifestyle and who we aspire to be. In turn, we begin to attract experiences and relationships that lift us up, shifting our environment to allow our most authentic self to bloom and thrive.
Amanda Gabbert is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Energy Healer, who struggled with toxicity in her own life. After multiple supplements alternative therapies and other holistic avenues, Amanda realized that her experience was something others deal with on a regular basis, often times unknowingly. She created The Damn Detox as a way to offer emotional support, as well as tools that encourage physical health and vitality. In the process, she explains what she encourages in her own energy healing and coaching clients, and how these suggestions can support healing of a larger scale.
