While in graduate school, the author taught Management and Organizational Behavior to undergraduates and pursued research on organizational learning and change, team effectiveness, and nonprofit board development. After graduate school, she joined DuPont, where she was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Change Management Consultant providing organizational effectiveness training and consulting to corporate teams.
