Finn Delaney hasn't been long in his latest role as a private detective. It doesn't help that amid the insanity, and despite the occult rituals and supposed demonic possession at the heart of a gruesome murder, Finn Delaney knows that to solve the case isn't just a matter of ensuring that justice is served; it's a matter of proving his self-worth after years of second-guessing and doubt.
As the mysteries and madness unravel around him and threaten his own sanity, a man is accused, a mother is certain of her son's innocence, and Finn Delaney has demons of his own to wrestle with. The spider's web tightens, plots grow thicker and darker by the second, and the clock is ticking before clues tumble like a house of cards.
