Author Biography
Mr. Terence H. Biggs II is Founder & CEO of Marketplace Dynamics, LLC and served as the Executive Director of a county Chamber of Commerce. As a former Wall Street executive turned successful entrepreneur with a 30+ year business career, his service marked term of Excellence without Excuse (SM) is his guiding business principle. He is a sought after leadership coach, speaker and presenter. He and his wife, Dr. Sharon M. Biggs, live in New Jersey and have two grown children, two grandchildren and a large extended family. Dr. Sharon M. Biggs is Vice President of Organizational and Educational Leadership at Marketplace Dynamics, LLC and has served as a Department of Education State Turnaround Coach. For almost three decades Dr. Biggs served at the state, district, and school levels in New York City and New Jersey as an executive leadership coach, district-level leader, school-level leader and teacher leader. She is the author of several books including The Silo Effect: Invisible Barriers That Can Destroy Organizational Teams, BIGGS-isms: Sayings and Quotes to Help Make Sense of Things When Life Happens, and two books of poetry.
