Pamela S. Turner is an author, mother, and world traveler. She has written numerous books for young readers, including the acclaimed Hachiko: The True Story of a Loyal Dog, Gorilla Doctors, A Life in the Wild (Charlesbridge), the acclaimed The Frog Scientist, and Project Seahorse. She lives in Oakland, California, with her family.
