Julia's life was unexpectedly turned upside down. Nigel, her previously fit and healthy husband, was admitted to hospital feeling unwell and three days later had passed away. Julia and her three little boys were suddenly and without warning left with no husband and daddy. Shocked, heartbroken, angry, fearful and numb, the pain and the grief of her loss was unbearable. It felt like the end and that her life was over. However - it was just the end of the beginning. A new chapter of her life was about to be written.
