This book offers a thorough understanding of being spiritual and reasons and facts behind it. This book tries to answer this question: why do we need to live spiritually? It decodes spirituality and brings clarity to our daily rituals.
This book further endeavours to synergize the teachings of Lord Krishna and Mahanubhav Panth. It clears some basic popular notions. The whole motive behind the book is to help the younger and newer followers of the Mahanubhav Panth to understand its basic principles.
At another level, this book shares how to connect to a higher consciousness by elevating our awareness and understanding of reality. It is important for us to understand the mechanism of cosmos, so that we can keep our thoughts aligned with the mechanism and embrace the process.
The main aim is to move us closer to the supreme soul- Sri Krishna and to connect ourselves to a higher self. To live spiritually, one needs to understand Self, and realise consciousness. That appears to be the only way. And after understanding the whole process, we will not feel we are conditioned by the society or social practices. We will feel emancipated from expectations, and everything will gradually tune in.
Once we have such an understanding and reasoning, it becomes easier for us to practice. I am neither a mystic nor a hermit. However, I am inclined towards spirituality and our daily religious practices and desire to make them an intelligent way of life by simplifying them.
