Robin Stern, Ph.D., is the co-founder and associate director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and co-developer of RULER, an evidence based approach adopted by over 4,000 schools worldwide. She is a licensed psychoanalyst with thirty years of experience and the author of The Gaslight Effect and Project Rebirth. She serves on several advisory boards, including the International Society for Emotional Intelligence, Crisis Text Line, HerWisdom, I'll Go First, and Think Equal. Dr. Stern regularly consults with schools and companies around the world and is co-founder of Star Factor Leadership Coaching and of Oji Life Lab, an innovative digital learning system for emotional intelligence.
