Wayne Stewart has been writing professionally for more than 40 years. He has written 35 books and 500+ magazine articles for publications such as Beckett, Baseball Digest, USA Today Baseball Weekly, and for 13 major league club's publications. He has also appeared on numerous radio and TV sports shows including an ESPN Classic episode and the Pat Williams program. Now retired from teaching English, he lives in Amherst, Ohio, with his wife, Nancy.
