Swami Ambikananda Saraswati is a Hindu monk who has been teaching yoga and Vedanta philosophy for over 40 years. In 1995 she founded the Traditional Yoga Association to honor its ancient traditions and continue her guru's message, training new teachers as well as teaching public classes.
