Author Biography
Dr. Catherine A. Cameron, Co-Author: Cathy has a Ph.D. and M.B.A. in Business Administration and her undergrad is in Public Administration. She held a Pennsylvania Real Estate License for 32 years and operated her own Real Estate School designing and teaching PA State accredited courses, and has a Property Manager license in the state of South Carolina. Cathy has been teaching over 30 years in the Business, Computer and Real Estate disciplines to military and traditional students at various universities. She consulted in many real estate community developments in the areas of operations, management and sales. Besides researching and publishing her dissertation on the "Acceptance and Use of Technology" Cathy's books are the 777 Business Program, which are 7 classes for entrepreneurs to teach what they need to succeed, and the HOA Series of training manuals. www.cameronseminars.com William D. Cameron, Co-Author: Bill has over 40 years of industry experience in facility and operations management. He held the position of Vice President of Operations for Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he provided leadership and direction to the departmental areas of Planning, Project Management, Physical Plant, Transportation, Event Planning, Mailroom/Receiving and Public Safety with approximately 100 direct or indirect reports. Bill retired in 2013 to his home in Myrtle Beach that he has owned with Cathy since 1995. Bill earned the reputation for achieving extreme productivity in meeting operations and production objectives, demonstrating exceptional skill when working under pressure, taking the initiative in judgment and decision making and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and industry standards: all while working within the budget. His extensive training in specialized areas and education at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Management Program provided input and direction in various areas of the HOA Series training manuals.
