Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how work happens, yet few people understand its human impact. The Human-AI Decoder makes that impact visible, offering a practical guide to the future of work. Drawing on two decades of digital transformation experience, Mario Jacober introduces the AI Workforce Impact Model and its Six Levels of AI Impact classification. Together, they help readers assess where AI is changing work, how deeply that change runs and how to respond responsibly.
Through real-world use cases and practical tools, Jacober brings clarity to the human side of AI, helping organisations lead change with confidence and care. As AI reshapes roles and expectations, the book extends this perspective to Human-Machine Resources, a future-facing evolution of HR that helps organisations clarify responsibilities and design workplaces where people and intelligent systems can succeed together. The Human-AI Decoder is a practical playbook and a call to responsible action: to protect what makes work human, design the future with intention and meet the age of AI with courage and confidence.
