Author Biography
Louis K. Gump is now president of Cambian Solutions, a company focused on fostering excellence in intrapreneurship and digital transformation. He recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Cox Media, the advertising division of Cox Communications, the third-largest cable provider in the US.
Before that, he served as CEO of NewsON, a digital media company that allows viewers to instantly watch live and on-demand local TV news from most major cities across the US through streaming devices and mobile apps. He also served as CEO of mobile product and advertising company LSN Mobile. Accomplished in leading digital media services, Gump presided earlier in his career over benchmark-setting mobile businesses for The Weather Channel and CNN.
Gump has served in multiple capacities in industry organizations, including the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and the Online Publishers Association (OPA). He also served for more than a decade on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), where he held various leadership positions including global chairman and treasurer.
