Author Biography
Mary Ellen Hopkins inherited a love of quiltmaking from both of her grandmothers. Nicknamed the Energizer(TM) Bunny by friends, Mary Ellen has made and sold men's clothing, run a quilt shop, authored 10 books, and taught all over the world. She is committed to helping her students discover the artist within. Mary Ellen lives in Santa Monica, California.
