Author Biography
Rutsel Silvestre J Martha is Principal of Lindeborg Counsellors at Law and Partner Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge, UK. He was previously General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at INTERPOL.
Courtney Grafton is a barrister. She was previously Assistant Legal Adviser at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and Judicial Assistant to Lord Hodge and Lord Lloyd-Jones at the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.
Stephen Bailey is a lawyer in private practice. He was previously Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge, UK, and he has taught public international law and contract law at the University of Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh, UK.
