The Little Healer is a guide for kids to discover the power of sound and vibration to help themselves-and others-feel better. Based on the ancient wisdom of Classical Oriental Medicine (COM), this book introduces healing sounds that can calm strong feelings and restore balance in the body.
In COM, it's believed that dis-ease begins with stuck energy. When energy stays stagnant for too long, it becomes heavy and can eventually show up as physical symptoms.
