A forgotten artist village. A weaver haunted by dreams. A park ranger who doesn't believe in magic.
When Cora Sinclair buys a grove of six crumbling stone buildings in Stitchwood Valley, she hopes to restore them as a working artist village. What she doesn't expect is for the place to begin drawing people to it.
Skye Morrow has dreamed of the gate, the cottages, and the silver-haired woman standing in the afternoon light. So when she follows those dreams west to a place she has never seen before, she is stunned to find everything she dreamed about waiting for her. In the old weaving shed, a single bobbin of hand-spun amber thread seems to have been left behind just for her.
The first time Skye runs that thread through her shuttle, luminous strands shimmer in the air and something hidden begins to reveal itself through her weaving.
Park ranger Nash Harden trusts facts, patterns, and the natural order of things. But around Heron Lake, the woods are changing in ways he can't quite explain, and Skye's quiet certainty unsettles him more than he wants to admit. As the three of them are drawn deeper into the history of the village, they begin to uncover long-hidden connections and the gentle magic that has been waiting in Stitchwood Valley all along.
The Magic of Woven Dreams is the first book in the Stitchwood Valley series, a warm contemporary magical realism novel with gentle magic, small-town heart, creative heroines, and a sweet romance. Perfect for readers who love stories of friendship, community, second chances, hidden family ties, and a touch of magic woven through everyday life.
