A former assassin turned private fixer and investigator, this first tale follows his first interaction with the eponymous man called "Dragon," and the various effects on both upstanding citizens, as well as those deep in the city's underworld of vice. Meeting not only his allies but various rivals and enemies, who has thrust them into this interaction is revealed as Lucian must also navigate his long term business in the city and attempts on his life.
