Caroline Tyrwhitt is an NLP trainer and a Personal Care Institute accredited health and wellbeing coach. She holds degrees in linguistics and education, and has worked in banking, technology and educational leadership. Today, she combines her passions for teaching, words and women's empowerment through her coaching business, Free to Be NLP. Having successfully adopted NLP techniques to reshape her relationship with food, Caroline now supports other women to do the same, with a focus on wellbeing, self-compassion and self-empowerment.
