My FACE database is all mixed-up. Will you help me fix it?
When the Mixed-Up Robot's data goes haywire, it turns to the smartest helper it knows: the child holding the book. Is that your NOSE? Are those your EARS? With each cheerful guess and spectacular glitch, kids giggle, point, and become the expert this lovable robot desperately needs.
The Mixed-Up Robot is an interactive picture book for ages 2-8 that turns facial feature learning into a laugh-out-loud adventure. As the robot cycles through ERROR, OH NO, MISTAKE, and FALSE on its chest display, children point to their own nose, ears, eyes, and mouth to save the day. By the final page, the robot goes from MIXED-UP to FIXED UP.
The child is always the hero. Every spread invites kids to touch their own face and show the robot what's right, building body awareness, vocabulary, and confidence with every turn of the page. The robot's playful "...loading..." and "...super please?" make each read-aloud irresistible, and the final line, "Want to try again?", turns the book into a game kids will beg to replay.
Bold 3D illustrations and large, clear text keep tiny eyes engaged. Simple prompts give grown-ups natural moments to pause, point, and play along, making this as fun for parents and teachers as it is for kids.
