You are the proud owner of a very unique book. No other author has ever written about cost effective, independent motels, or "mom and pop" motels. There is less than one percent of all motels that have a monthly rate as outlined in this book. Some rates are as low as $550 per month. I spent the better part of two years searching for motels that would be conclusive to guests that would enjoy an exceptionally low price, either short or long term. Many have said that motels have gone by the wayside, I can assure you that is not the case.Especially during this time when so many struggle to pay rent and keep a roof over their head.I spent the better part of two years searching for motels that would be conclusive to guests that would enjoy a very low price, either short or long term. Through the course of my years, I have become friends with many motel owners across our land and I devote this book to them. All the bands of our lives, music, our youth, classic cars, and people we knew decades ago, friends, family, and many other parts of our lives that connected us to certain "throwbacks", motels are one that stood the test of time. I predict 100 years from now motels, independent motels, and mom and pop motels will still be here, in good hands for everyone to appreciate. Safe travels friends! .
