Sarah Powers is a career communications professional and co-creator of the chart-topping parenting podcast, The Mom Hour. With a background that spans corporate communications, journalism, and narrative personal writing, Sarah brings a clear voice and compassionate tone to conversations surrounding motherhood, family life, and getting things done. Together with her podcast co-host Meagan Francis, Sarah has produced more than 900 hours of audio content for parents. She lives with her husband and three kids, ages 11-15, in her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA.
