The Nervous System Solution is the book I needed but couldn't find. I didn't write this book as a clinician or an expert. I wrote it as someone in recovery, someone who had to learn, again and again, how to stay. These chapters carry stories, reflections, and somatic practices that helped me and others build a different kind of sobriety, one that's felt in the breath, in the gut, in the way we soften into safety. Not just in time passed but in presence gained.
