Amy Densmore is the creator and author of Paleo Cupboard, a popular food blog with hundreds of delicious, creative recipes made from fresh, unprocessed ingredients. While raising two children and working a full-time job, Amy was finding it hard to maintain the level of energy she needed to make it through her long days, and she never really felt "healthy." She decided to move away from the conventional low-fat, low-calorie diet that she had been following for so many years, and instead chose to follow a Paleo diet. Amazed at the results, she used some of her newfound energy to start her blog and share her recipes so that everyone can benefit from the same real-food lifestyle. Amy is no novice in the kitchen, and when it comes to making incredible meals, she knows all the tricks of the trade. Her true skill lies not only in cooking with fresh ingredients, but also in the addition of spices and the utilization of cooking techniques to pack the most flavor into every dish she creates.
