Bob Lesser is passionate about empowering others to become their best selves and building meaningful, successful organizations. As an executive and organizational coach, he emphasizes individual growth as well as the evolution of systems and culture. He's an MPP and LP, a founder, and psychotherapist. He is passionate about prioritizing his own personal and professional development -- he wants to help you do the same.
Bob draws on his years studing leadership and management: first at Vassar College, where he studied how social movements influence individual behavior; then in his time in Vietnam with Thich Nhat Hanh and other mindfulness masters; and finally at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where he focused on public policy and mediation.
