Two centuries after Einstein made his prediction, "If man could reach 100% of his cerebral potential, they would no longer have need of their brain," the World Coalition began secretly performing Cerebral Remodeling on newborns to create an advance group of supreme genius - in the hope of reuniting politically held interests between the two hemisphere.
