The Spine of Resonance: A Symphony of Presence and Healing
The human spine is more than bone and nerve-it is the axis mundi of the body, a tuning fork for consciousness. Each vertebra, like a note in a sacred scale, vibrates with the memory of movement, breath, and life. From the sacrum to the crown, it hums with potential.
Science shows us that bioresonance-the body's electromagnetic frequency signature-can shift with intention, sound, and environment. Harmonic resonance amplifies this: when two frequencies meet, one more coherent can entrain the other. This is healing not as force, but as invitation-coherence begets coherence.

In this state, the spine becomes an antenna for vitality. Kundalini traditions spoke of this; modern somatics confirms it. Fascia conducts sound. Spinal fluid pulses with breath and rhythm. Every part of the body listens when we come home to stillness.
To be present is to resonate. To resonate is to heal.
