Author Biography
Claire Macdonald is the author of several bestselling cook books, including Entertaining Solo, The Harrods Book of Entertaining, and Seasonal Cooking. In 2011 she was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by National Farmers' Union and the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland for her contributions to Scottish food.
