It is not a program, and it is not a prescription. There are no steps to complete and no finish line to reach. Instead, it is a place to return to again and again, meeting yourself honestly wherever you are.
Inside these pages, you'll find reflective journaling prompts, embodiment practices, breath-poem interludes, and integration exercises designed to help you notice patterns, track emotional shifts, and listen more closely to what your inner life is already communicating. The Seeker's Workbook can be used alongside the memoir or entirely on its own. You do not need to move through it in order.
