Welcome to *The Shelter: As Within, So Without*, The mirroring effect a continuation of the Journey begun in *StonyBrook: As Above, So Below*. Through daily conversations with my Subconscious (SC), I!ve developed a healing practice that deepens my spiritual journey, teaching me to listen and trust in the Universe as an unwavering source of love and support. She taught us that each of us carries a unique purpose; we are the producers, writers, and actors of our own lives. Our mission is to help one another and to learn the essence of unconditional love. This book is for seekers ready to expand their hearts and minds as we shift into a new dimension of understanding. *We are the creators of our reality.* As Rumi said, "The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you."
