This book contains many of The Mother's reports on her own transformation, along with Sri Aurobindo's writings on the subject. The focus is on The Mother's experiences and the results, which she describes for us in detail.
We are all evolutionary beings, and, consciously or not, we receive something from the changes of consciousness in our subtle environment.
