This handbook is for parents, teachers and other caring adults who want to guide children in developing self esteem, confidence, and self worth. We encourage adult conversations to help children access growth mindset qualities (courage, effort, creativity, etc.). Opportunities to write and draw help children visualize themselves with these strengths. It is a good tool for helping children understand how to improve friendships, as well as guidance and a planning tool for children to stop bullying behavior.
