Science taught Iggy to ask questions--magic taught her to believe. Ten-year-old Iggy doesn't believe in magic. There's always a scientific explanation--at least, there will be, once she solves her two biggest mysteries: her mom's strange illness and the hazy memory of her dad disappearing into an antique mirror. She'll find her answers--but they'll come at a cost. When tragedy strikes, the mirror awakens. But instead of her dad, Iggy finds an injured fairy girl begging for help. How can Iggy help an imaginary girl in an imaginary world? None of it is scientifically possible. But the fairy doesn't care if Iggy believes in her or not. She has a mission for Iggy that launches her into a world where magic is real, her ancestry is royal and dark, and a sorcerer is rising to claim power. To stop the sorcerer, save her mom, and reunite her family, Iggy must start believing in magic--and in herself. She didn't choose this path or her family's dark secrets, but she can choose who she becomes.
