Richard Huxtable is Professor of Medical Ethics and Law and Deputy Director of the Centre for Ethics in Medicine, School of Social and Community Medicine, University of Bristol.
Ruud ter Meulen is Professor of Ethics in Medicine and Director of the Centre for Ethics in Medicine, School of Social and Community Medicine, University of Bristol.
