Lao Tzu was one of the greatest mystics of all time. Legend tells us that he was immaculately conceived by a shooting star. Witter Bynner was an American poet, scholar, translator, and writer. Bynner is known for The Way of Life, According to Laotzu, An Ode to Harvard and Other Poems, Young Harvard and Other Poems, Tiger, The Little King, The New World, Anne, An Import of China, and many more. The Witter Bynner Fellowships are named in his honor.
