Sissy Goff, LPC-MHSP, is the director of child and adolescent counseling at Daystar Counseling Ministries in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the author of 13 books, including the bestselling Raising Worry-Free Girls. She speaks across the country at parenting events and cohosts the chart-topping podcast Raising Boys and Girls with David Thomas.
