The Worry was written to coach children who can feel worried or anxious, learn how to find courage, confidence, and curiosity so that they can handle any worries in their lives. We believe that when children are given access to HOW their mind works and learn that they can change their internal world, transformation is inevitable.
Consider this book if, as a parent, you have concerns that your child is showing physical symptoms (sore head, sore tummy, change in sleep pattern), emotional symptoms (crying, sadness, anger, frustration, withdrawn, feeling scared), and/or behavioural symptoms (avoiding situations, not talking about their worries)
What your child may be saying/doing; "I don't know what to do!" "I feel sick/I have a sore tummy." "My head hurts!" "What if it is rubbish?" "What if I hate it?" "What if I fail?"
