Practicing gratitude helps us find the silver lining. A bad situation can also teach us some lessons. There are several "grow" or "glow" moments in life. Glow moments are the wins that we experience, and it is easy for us to stay confident and happy during those but Grow moments or bad situations are the losses that we encounter. These moments teach us a lesson if we form a habit to learn from them; thus, a lousy situation can become a grow moment. Even though it is hard to find a silver lining in a bad situation, with the help of a gratitude journal, we can train ourselves and achieve emotional stability. Regularly keeping a gratitude journal can help us stay hopeful during tough times. The purpose of this gratitude journal is to help you form a habit, and it takes 90 days to form a habit. Hence, I highly encourage you to use this journal consistently for the next 90 days till an attitude of gratitude is engraved in your psyche and becomes your second nature.
