Janice McLaughlin George is a strategic, inspirational leader and problem solver. She is passionate about the strategic role of culture in helping organizations thrive by bridging the gap between leaders and followers as they realize a shared vision and mutual goals. She has over 30 years' experience in corporate America and a unique, diverse skill set: marketing, software engineering, operations management, and people management. She earned a doctorate in strategic leadership at Regent University, an MBA and a graduate certificate in leadership development at Johns Hopkins University, and a BS degree in computer science at James Madison University. She lives in northern Virginia with her husband, Tom.
