Elan Lohmann held powerful positions such as the general manager of News24 and the group head of Times Media's digital division. Using his savings, he bravely entered into a world of uncertainty as an entrepreneur to pursue a simpler, healthier lifestyle and a new purpose in life: to help others live an optimized life. He had a dream and set himself a vision of inspiring 100,000 South Africans to live a healthier lifestyle. Elan began with a mere 600 members in his community, many of whom were simply friends and friends of friends, but good news spreads. Cape Town-based Elan is the founder of Sleekgeek, a South African support group of over 50,000 people - and growing - united by the desire to practice a healthy lifestyle. Dr Greg Venning is a husband, a father, developer of Upgrade Your Life, founder of Peak Chiropractic and recipient of the Chiropractic Association of South Africa's Excellence Award. In demand as a chiropractor, hard-hitting speaker and coach, Greg has helped people of all ages to improve their levels of well-being and lead richer lives. As a certified wellness professional, Greg is well versed in the science of wellness and what our minds and bodies need through nutrition, movement and headspace to create health.
