In an industry so inherently connected to the human experience, the role of authenticity in arts leaders is paramount to continuing the freedom of artistic and organizational expression. Yet, the concept of "Authentic Leadership," despite its growth in popularity, remains a rather nebulous concept. And while the writing within these pages cannot redefine the concept for clarity, it will explore common literary definitions as they relate to the arts.
