Alba González is a twenty-year-old girl who began writing at the age of twelve to save herself from her inner struggles. In 2017, she fell into a depression, and two years later, she developed anorexia. After several suicide attempts, she was admitted to a facility and began writing about her mental health struggles. In this poetry collection, she pours out her journey of recovery, her battles, and the relapses she's had throughout this difficult situation that has followed her all her life. Alba González nació en Málaga en 2004 y escribe desde que tiene uso de razón porque, como ella dice, la ayuda a sanar. Tiene tres libros publicados: Una vida sin salud mental, Todo lo que me queda por contar y Cicatrices que aún duelen, todos ellos sobre sus dificultades y combates por tener una vida con salud mental.
