Additional information
by Susan Popoola (Author)
Carefully and lovingly researched, this is a tale of roundabouts and concrete cows, of earlier settlers often marginalised and forgotten, of a promising football team, of lakes and water sports, a thriving business and social community with unique issues, but a very promising future. Susan Popoola opens up a discussion that brings Milton Keynes to life in a concise, yet comprehensive and multi-dimensional exploration of a city often misunderstood. Even though Milton Keynes continued to develop and evolve, in many ways Milton Keynes today has not changed from the Milton Keynes of 2008 when "Touching the Heart of Milton Keynes" was originally published.
