Leadership that comes from a place of transcendence and authenticity-from being deeply genuine and transparent-is critically important because, not only does the future of our planet depend on increasing the level of authentic communication among people, but humanity's wellbeing depends on our coming to the mutual realization of our interrelatedness with all other species on Earth.
