Anamar Orihuela es psicoterapeuta, conferencista, tallerista y escritora. Fundadora de la Clínica HERA y creadora de El método HERA, una técnica de trabajo con las heridas emocionales de la infancia. Es especialista de cabecera de programas de radio y televisión, como el programa de Martha Debayle en W Radio; La Mujer Actual con Janet Arceo, Venga la alegría, Sale el Sol, MOJOE y muchos otros. Ha creado e impartido, por más de 15 años ininterrumpidos, diplomados de autoestima para hombres y mujeres con temas de codependencia, heridas de la infancia, hambre de hombre, paternidades heridas, juegos psicológicos y autosabotaje, entre otros.
