The book Transformational Coaching a Spiritual Journey through Education for Life uses educational and experiential research to give readers applicable knowledge of how transformational coaches overcome challenges and obstacles in educational environments. This book also features an educational life story that was written to promote the biblical principle of hard work and belief in God who makes all things possible. Furthermore, this book uses a narrative story to inspire people to be fanatically committed to seeing their dreams come true. The book also uses documented evidence from real coaches that transformed their educational environments for the greater good of their school community. Ultimately, this educational life story presents the humanistic side of an educator as he struggles to find himself personally and professionally while serving in diversely populated educational settings. Finally, experiential evidence becomes prevalent as the narrator describes how transformational coaching played an integral part in the overall success in the educational environments he was called to serve in. Dr. Noel Reed Jr. is now a public-school campus administrator, educational consultant, financial literacy coach, and a former assistant on a state championship-winning high school basketball team. Dr. Reed most recently graduated with his Doctor of Education degree in Transformational Leadership from the Concordia University System. While at Concordia, he published a dissertation which inspired him to write this book about transformational coaching.
