Janet Davis is a widely published, award-winning freelance writer, photographer and blogger specializing in gardening, nature and related travel. For six years, she penned a weekly gardening column for the Toronto Sun and later a weekly gardening column for the National Post. Her award-winning stories have appeared in numerous Canadian and American magazines, and her garden photographs have also appeared in numerous books and magazines, on packaging materials and on websites. She manages a stock photography collection of more than 100,000 images and continues to add to her botanical inventory yearly.
