LYNN CRAWFORD is an acclaimed Food Network celebrity chef and bestselling author of several cookbooks, including award-winner Farm to Chef, and she is the co-author of Hearth & Home. She has over twenty-five years of culinary experience, including many years as executive chef for the Four Seasons Hotels in Toronto and New York. Chef Lynn is one of the highest profile chefs in the country and a genuine household name. Currently starring on Food Network's newest primetime cooking competition series Wall of Chefs and Junior Chef Showdown, she can also be seen as an Iron Chef on Iron Chef Canada, Iron Chef America, Top Chef Masters, Top Chef Canada, Chopped Canada, The Great Canadian Cookbook, Restaurant Makeover and Pitchin' In. LORA KIRK is a Canadian chef, restaurateur, consultant, and food activist from Toronto. Co-author of Hearth & Home, she is regarded as one of Canada's leading chefs. Chef Lora has an impressive culinary resume, having worked as a chef internationally for over twenty years. Lora began her culinary career at the legendary Connaught Hotel in London, England working with Gordon Ramsay and Angela Hartnett and at the Soho House in New York City and the Four Seasons Hotels in Toronto and Whistler.
