As teenagers, Abigail Crane and Shane Harris meet when both suffer a great trauma. Just a year apart, in neighboring towns, the teens younger sisters, Vanessa Crane and Daphne Harris, disappear under similar circumstances.

In Thailand on a joint training operation, Harris and the team venture out to Pattaya for a night on the town. Here he has a chance encounter with a local woman who gives him shocking information. Information that has skeletons long buried rising to the surface.
