Author Biography
DR. HORACE L. PATTERSON, SR. has received the World Leadership Award and the certificate of merit from the International Biographical Center in Cambridge, England. Patterson serves as a City Councilman in Talladega, Alabama, where he has pastored Mount Canaan Baptist Church for more than twenty-five years.
